5 STEPS TOWARDS
CERTIFIED SANI-CHIPS®

1. As the bags are manufactured at our plants, our employees date each bag with the day of manufacture.  It can take as long as two days to make up a load of certified Sani-Chips®.
   
   

2. After every ten bags are produced, a sample of the product is removed.  In the course of manufacturing, we accumulate a composite sample of approximately 2 pounds.
   
   

3. The composite sample is sent next day courier to the laboratory for analysis.  The customer should note that transportation time will cause the date on the bags to be one or two days prior to the date of the analysis.
   
   

4. The date the laboratory receives the product is listed on the analysis, along with the plant of manufacture.
   
   

5. The analysis is sent to the customer.
