Meats that have been smoked naturally have a certain flavor that cannot be duplicated by other means.  We pride ourselves on furnishing the meat-smoking industry with affordably priced hardwood chips that give your smoked meats the extra taste that your customers simply cannot live without.

All of our meat-smoke products work well with the following smoke generators:

		MAPLE GOLDEN CHIP - We start with sawn boards of pure Hard Rock Maple and run them through our specialized chippers.  The chips are then conveyed through an air lock and into a 3 phase, 75 foot pass rotary drum dryer until the moisture content reaches a closely regulated 13%  (+/- 2% variance).  The product is then screened aspirated and bagged per the smoke generators' manufacturing specifications.  We then package the product in 40 lb. bags (+/- 4 lbs.).  The mesh size of this product is between 4 mm to 16 mm.
		HICKORY GOLDEN CHIP - We start with sawn boards of pure Hickory and run them through our specialized chippers.  The chips are then conveyed through an air lock and into a 3 phase, 75 foot pass rotary drum dryer until the moisture content reaches a closely regulated 13%  (+/- 2% variance).  The product is then screened aspirated and bagged per the smoke generators' manufacturing specifications.  We then package the product in 40 lb. bags (+/- 4 lbs.).  The mesh size of this product is between 4 mm to 16 mm.
		HARDWOOD CUBECUT – This meat-smoking product starts with only 100% hardwood chips that are run through a precision process which gives creates it’s unique cube cut shape.  It is free of all softwoods, splinters, shavings, slivers, excessive dust, and foreign matter.  It is screened, processed, and dried down to 10% moisture (+/- 2% variance).  The mesh size of this product is between 8-20 mesh.
		COARSE HARDWOOD CUBECUT - This meat-smoking product starts with only 100% hardwood chips that are run through a precision process which gives creates it’s unique cube cut shape.  It is free of all softwoods, splinters, shavings, slivers, excessive dust, and foreign matter.  It is screened, processed, and dried down to 10% moisture (+/- 2% variance).  The mesh size of this product is between 4-8 mesh.  This chip will be larger then our regular Hardwood Cubecut.
