SOP FOR CERTIFIED TESTING & SAMPLING

1. Make sure zip lock sample bag is new and clean.  Do not touch either sample or the inside of the bag with your fingers.
   
   
2. Make sure your sampling spoon is clean.
   
   
3. Every ten bags, take a sample spoon, approximately 2 ounces, and add to the composite sample.
   
   
4. Make sure all bags are dated with the particular date of production that you are making up this batch of certified product.
   
   
5. Send samples to:

   Identify product:  SANI-CHIPS®, from (fill-in plant location).
   
   
6. Composite sample should be at least 2 pounds
   
   
7. Palletize and stretch-wrap all certified product.
   
   
8. Store in the certified section of our warehouse
   
   
9. Manufacture 3,000 bags per certification
